About Us

Howdy, I'm Austin Davis, trainer and owner of 101 Kennels LLC located in Bowie, Texas. I was born and raised in Bowie,  married my high school sweetheart, Tori, and we are now raising our two little boys. I am a gas plant operator, duck, turkey, and upland bird guide for Texas Duck N’ Dove, a member of the Bowie Rural Volunteer Fire Department, and a black angus cattleman. In my free time, I enjoy hunting and fishing. 

 

Eight years ago, a yellow lab named George, who had no training and no manners, was given to me. Through hard work and specialized and effective training methods, George became, not only my best friend, but my right hand man for all my guiding trips. Seeing his success inspired me to establish this company and help train other dogs to reach their greatest potential.  Today, George is the face of our logo and continues to be a part of this hard working family.

 

At 101 Kennels LLC, you will find experienced individuals ready to personalize your dog training needs. We offer duck hunting training, upland bird training, obedience training, and boarding at our indoor and outdoor facility. We work closely with Texas Duck 'n Dove, enjoy supporting our local community such as Friends of Bowie Animal Shelter, and have been featured in the North Texas Farm & Ranch magazine. We are continuing to grow and would love to work with you and your beloved pets today!
